Oct 17 (Reuters) – Solar record association Arise
Technologies pronounced it will compensate Scheuten Solar 920,066
euros ($1.3 million) after an settlement conference associated to its
dispute with a German solar panel-maker.
The settlement hearing, that resolved in Germany last
week, associated to a brawl with Scheuten Solar for a lease
of a Technology Centre in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, a company
said in a statement.
Arise pronounced it is unhappy with a settlement decision
and is reviewing a commentary to try options.
Shares of a Waterloo, Ontario-based Arise sealed during 2
Canadian cents on Friday on a Toronto Stock Exchange.
